The Drum Loft, founded by Ron Knight, Drum Circles Facilitator, Professional Member of the Drum Circle Facilitators Guild, has moved.  Based on a once a month community circles Drum and Dance schedule of events, we hope you'll join us in one of our  new event spaces in 2010.

World Rhythms... or simple participating in your own Personal Sonic Adventure... whether you're stretching to the Rhythm of our Spirit or trying out your new drum from our special selection of new, used and unusual instruments and "rhythmic playthings", you'll find everything from the practical to the metaphoric at the new Drum Loft events. Our commitment to personal recreational music making, combined with our hope to foster goodwill and growth in the community offers opportunities for personal communication and team building breakthroughs. 

Located a few minutes drive inland from Downtown San Diego eastbound in La Mesa, convenient to both Hwy 8 and 94 Freeway exits, Ron Knight's Drum Loft gatherings establish dynamic relationships within your group, as well as simply provide that once a month gathering that acts as a keyframe or checkpoint, a designated beat,  in the timeline of life. Drumming breaks down the barriers between people. When the rhythm gets going, you can hear hearts opening, spirits speaking, and many conversations happening. 

Bring your drums, shakers and other rhythm makers.  This is a fun, magical experience... group drumming!  Whether you come to our monthly community drum circle, or call us for one our our corporate break outs, retreats or seminar events, you'll  never be put in "teacher-student crisis" mode. Join us in our revitalizing ongoing circles, workshops and rhythmic based events which can be found at the events calendar.
